The property at the centre of dispute in the murder of 72-year-old Clementine Fiedtkou-Parris might have been fraudulently acquired by the people who sold it.The police are currently following up leads that the documents regarding the sale of the property were forged.Kaieteur News learnt that the original owner of the property resided in the United States of America.The woman had given the property to Fiedtkou-Parris, several years ago. This newspaper was told that a relative of the original owner,Wholesale NBA Jerseys Authentic, about five years ago,NFL Jerseys Cheap Authentic, started collecting rent from Fiedtkou-Parris under false pretence.Disputed PropertyThe relative had claimed that the owner had left her as a “power of attorney” to look after the property.According to sources after the woman realized that she was being robbed, she confronted the relative.Fiedtkou-Parris then consulted her lawyer and started the prescriptive rights process through the courts.It was further explained that in 2007, the same “power of attorney” through a lawyer (name given) sold the property.This newspaper was told that there were varying names on the property of sale and the original transport for the said property.The source close to the investigation said that the property was then sold to a real estate agent, who in turn sold it to a spares parts dealer.Three weeks ago police sources said that security cameras captured the images of four men during the shooting of 72-year-old? Fiedtkou-Parris.This newspaper was reliably informed that the police have recovered a video tape with these images.Kaieteur News was told that the police have substantial evidence against the men, but are still looking for some “key players”.Sources close to the investigation have stated that the men have given the police certain information which suggests that the killing is linked to an ongoing “land dispute”.Kaieteur News was told that four men reportedly received $400,000 to execute the 72-year-old woman. One person close to the four charged said that the money paid was closer to $700,000.Clementine Fiedtkou-Parris was gunned down in her home last June.Police are said to be following leads that the men received the money from a fifth individual.However, investigators believe that a sixth man said to be a rich importer, is the actual mastermind.Ex-cop Otis Grant, who was being questioned about Parris’s murder, was released on $100,Nike Air Max 95,000 station bail.
